Two grades, and no third one등급은 둘뿐입니다
- fact사실Taken from a source document, and carried with its source and as-of date.원천 문서에서 가져온 수치입니다. 출처와 기준일을 함께 적습니다.
- estimate추정Produced by a model in this project — every correlation, every lag, every derived wedge, individual values included. Useful, but ours, not a regulator’s.이 프로젝트의 모형이 계산한 값입니다. 상관계수와 시차, 파생 지표는 개별 값까지 전부 여기에 해당합니다. 참고할 만한 값이지만 저희 계산이며, 규제기관이 공표한 숫자는 아닙니다.
- There is no third grade. A number with neither a source nor a model behind it does not appear here — no samples, no placeholders, no round numbers put in to fill a gap.세 번째 등급은 없습니다. 원천도 모형도 없는 숫자는 이 사이트에 싣지 않습니다. 예시도, 자리 채우기용 값도, 빈칸을 메우기 위한 어림수도 없습니다.
What this method cannot tell you이 방법으로 답할 수 없는 것
- estimate추정The correlations compare two cumulative series — cumulative news flow against cumulative excess return. Cumulative series trend, and trending series correlate with each other even when nothing connects them. Read r here as "these two curves drifted together," not as a measured relationship.상관계수는 두 누적 시계열을 비교한 값입니다. 누적 뉴스 흐름과 누적 초과수익입니다. 누적 시계열은 추세를 갖고, 추세를 가진 두 계열은 아무 관계가 없어도 서로 상관됩니다. 여기의 r은 “두 곡선이 함께 흘렀다”로 읽어야 하며, 측정된 관계로 읽으면 안 됩니다.
- estimate추정No significance test, no out-of-sample period, no placebo policies. A high r here has not been shown to survive on data the model did not see.유의성 검정도, 표본 외 기간도, 대조용 위장 정책도 없습니다. 여기서 높은 r이 나왔다는 것이 모형이 보지 못한 데이터에서도 유지된다는 뜻은 아닙니다.
- estimate추정The 50 policies were selected, not sampled at random, and each one’s signal and reaction lag were chosen per sector. That freedom raises r by construction.50개 정책은 선정된 것이며 무작위 표본은 아닙니다. 신호 종류와 반응 시차도 분야별로 골라 적용했습니다. 그 자유도 자체가 r을 끌어올립니다.
- estimate추정Direction agreement is not causation and not a trading rule. Nothing here says a policy headline will move a stock tomorrow.방향 일치는 인과가 아니고 매매 규칙도 아닙니다. 어느 문장도 정책 기사가 내일 주가를 움직인다고 말하지 않습니다.
- estimate추정Coverage is one market and one language, drawn from Korean-language policy reporting. Foreign-language coverage of the same policies is not in the corpus.대상은 한 시장, 한 언어입니다. 한국어 정책 보도에서 뽑았습니다. 같은 정책에 대한 외국어 보도는 여기에 들어 있지 않습니다.

The as-of column means different things by row. Dated publications (KFTC, MSCI, Ministry of Government Legislation), collection/receipt timestamps (National Assembly, Sogang), and DART — a continuous filing system with no release date, so the date is when the filings were consulted.기준 열의 의미가 행마다 다릅니다. 날짜가 붙은 발간물(공정위·MSCI·법제처), 수집·전달 시점(국회·서강대), 그리고 배포일이 없어 조회한 날짜를 적는 DART.
